Loveland needs registered Republican poll workers for the Nov. 3 general election, the Hamilton County Board of Elections says.
The board flagged Loveland as one of six communities with a Republican poll worker shortage, WLWT reported Wednesday, Oct. 7. Harrison, Springfield, Springdale, Cincinnati and Forest Park also need Republican workers. The board said it needs registered Democrats in Harrison and Delhi and independent voters in Delhi, Harrison and Anderson.
Poll workers earn at least $225 for training, setup and working the polls on Election Day.
Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose visited poll worker training at the Hamilton County Board of Elections on Saturday, Oct. 3.
@FrankLaRose: "Strong elections start with great poll workers! I enjoyed stopping by during poll worker training at the @VoteHamCoBOE today to thank the folks preparing to serve their community this November."
