Milford's Oktoberfest returns Saturday, Aug. 15, with Little Miami Brewing Company hosting a 12-hour festival at 208 Mill St. and the Kiwanis Club of Milford running Das Kiwanisfest at Five Points Landing Park from 4 to 10 p.m.

Loveland-based CancerFree KIDS launches its 2026 100 Mile Challenge in September, asking participants to complete 100 miles in 30 days while raising funds toward a $1 million goal for childhood cancer research at Cincinnati Children's and Nationwide Children's hospitals.
