Loveland's Lever Park courts close Friday, Oct. 2, for resurfacing and are expected to reopen Friday, Oct. 9.

The City of Loveland posted the closure notice Thursday, Oct. 1. The park, at 200 Heidelberg Drive, has two tennis courts and four pickleball courts. The city's announcement refers to "the courts" without specifying whether all the park's two tennis courts, which are also striped for four pickleball courts, are affected.

Pickleball players looking for court time during the closure can head to McCoy Park, another Loveland facility with pickleball courts.

No project cost, contractor or backup timeline for weather delays was included in the announcement. Residents with questions can call the city at (513) 683-0150.
