Loveland's Planning and Zoning Commission meets in a special session Wednesday, Oct. 14, to review a site plan for a new animal hospital on Loveland-Madeira Road.
The sole development case is Case #26-07, a site plan review for Warm Animal Hospital, according to the meeting agenda posted on the city's Diligent platform. The case is listed under "Old Business," meaning the commission has reviewed it at least once before.
The meeting begins at 6 p.m. in Council Chambers at Loveland City Hall, 120 W. Loveland Ave.
The project stems from a property sale the city announced Sept. 9. Loveland's Community Improvement Corporation closed on the sale of 507 Loveland-Madeira Road, the former Donisi Building, to Dr. Ellen Warm, a veterinarian and Loveland resident. The city said on its official X account that Dr. Warm plans to build a new animal hospital on the property.
Dr. Warm founded Warm Animal Hospital in 2008. The practice operates on East Kemper Road in Cincinnati.
