Symmes Township residents will get a chance to weigh in on the township's land use planning at a public open house on Sept. 2 from 6 to 8 p.m.
The event takes place at the Township Administration Building, 9323 Union Cemetery Road. It is free and open to the public, according to the township's website.
The township has not released details about what specific topics the open house will cover. The event follows at least one prior Land Use Plan Committee meeting, held July 21 at the same building, according to a public notice signed by fiscal officer Joseph C. Grossi.
No township trustee or committee member has been publicly identified as leading the effort. The township has not announced what happens after the open house or when a draft plan might be available for public review.
Residents with questions can call the township at 513-683-6644 or visit symmestownship.org.
