Symmes Township residents can attend the next Board of Trustees meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3, at the township Administration Building, 9323 Union Cemetery Rd.

The township posted a public notice of the meeting on Oct. 28. Fiscal Officer Joseph C. Grossi signed the notice.

An agenda for the Nov. 3 meeting had not been posted to the township's online Agendas & Minutes page as of Oct. 29.

The board's three trustees are Kenneth N. Bryant, president; Jodie L. Leis, vice president; and Philip J. Beck. Bill Pitman serves as township administrator.

The trustees have been active this fall. At their Oct. 6 regular session, all three trustees voted to adopt Resolution G2026-74, which amended the township's permanent appropriations for fiscal year 2026. That resolution set total appropriations across all funds at $18,739,657.61. It included $1,750,000 for administration building acquisition and $750,000 for administration building improvements.

The township’s 2026 resolutions page lists 74 entries, with topics including adoption of a new land-use plan, street lighting assessments and a pedestrian crossing agreement.

Residents who cannot attend in person can check the township website for agendas and minutes at symmestownship.org or call 513-683-6644.
