Small-business owners in Loveland, Milford and across Clermont County can tap into a new monthly education series from the Clermont Chamber of Commerce, with the next class on sales strategy set for Oct. 13.

The session, "Revenue Growth by Design: Building a Sales Strategy That Scales," runs 8 to 10 a.m. and will be led by Sean O'Shaughnessey, CEO and president of Mason-based New Sales Expert. His firm, which has two to 10 employees, helps small and mid-sized businesses build sales processes, according to the company's LinkedIn profile. O'Shaughnessey will cover identifying sales opportunities, strengthening the sales process and using AI to support revenue growth, the chamber said.

The class is part of the chamber's "Clermont Classroom" series, an eight-part program that the Clermont Guardian first reported launched the week of Sept. 3 with a session on artificial intelligence. The series runs monthly through April 2027 and covers sales, finance, leadership, workplace culture, marketing and meeting facilitation, according to the chamber's website.

The chamber describes the program as a professional development series for business owners, leaders and team members focused on building stronger organizations. Each class runs 90 minutes.

The opening AI session, titled "AI in Action: Stop Watching. Start Doing. Real Tools, Real Results," featured Kendra Ramirez, CEO of KR Digital and AI Agency, and Kate Berner, founder of Tritelligent, an AI strategy and enablement consulting firm. Attendees ranged from first-time ChatGPT users to experienced AI practitioners and worked through business use cases to build what the chamber called a practical "AI Action Plan."

A fifth session, "Lead From Where You Stand: Defining Your Style," is listed on the chamber's calendar for Jan. 12, 2027. The full schedule for all eight sessions was not posted on the chamber's website as of Sept. 4.

Businesses can register for individual sessions or the full series through the chamber's website.
