A Clermont County grand jury has indicted a Union Township urologist on three felony counts after he admitted to sex acts with a patient with a developmental disability at his practice near Milford.
Michael Blaise Rousseau, 63, of Indian Hill, was indicted Aug. 6 on one count each of rape, sexual battery and gross sexual imposition, according to the Clermont County Prosecutor's Office. He was scheduled for arraignment Aug. 14, at 10 a.m. in Clermont County Common Pleas Court.
As we reported Aug. 5, Rousseau was initially charged after his arrest Aug. 4 and received a $1 million bond at a municipal court hearing the following day. He posted bond that same day.
The charges stem from information the Union Township Police Department received in April 2026 that a patient at The Urology Group was touched inappropriately during an office visit. Investigators determined Rousseau asked the patient for oral sex, knowing the victim could not make an informed decision because of a developmental disability, the prosecutor's office said.
The Ohio State Medical Board interviewed Rousseau after being notified of the incident. He admitted to the sex acts with his patient during the visit, according to the prosecutor's press release.
Clermont County Prosecuting Attorney Mark J. Tekulve said his office and the Union Township Police Department will not tolerate a doctor violating a patient's trust.
"This case is even more egregious, as the defendant knowingly took advantage of someone that could not resist his advances," Tekulve said in a statement announcing the indictment.
The Clermont County Prosecutor's Office and the Union Township Police Department jointly investigated the case. No next court date has been publicly announced beyond the scheduled Aug. 14 arraignment.
Anyone who believes they may be a victim of Rousseau is asked to contact the Union Township Police Department's non-emergency line at 513-752-1230.
